We had something interesting happen last week. A representative from Mike Mathis Productions, producers of many reality shows seen on cable networks like TLC and AMC, contacted us asking for our help.

It appears they are going to be producing a reality show centered on real life infidelity stories. They are looking for people to share their stories to possibly be included in their series. Below is the casting letter that they sent us to share with our readers.

By the way, we asked him if there is monetary compensation for those that get chosen, and the answer was “Absolutely,” though he couldn’t be specific as to the amount.

If you feel this is something for you, feel free to contact Zack, at the email below. You can check out some of their shows by going to their website: http://mikemathisprods.com/

Here is the letter:

Mike Mathis Productions, a leader in the non-fiction television industry, is seeking both males and females who have experienced infidelity.

We are looking for real stories of infidelity that resulted in survival and hope, with both positive and negative resolutions.

We are working on a new show for a major cable network that will revolve around these infidelity stories. This show will not be exploitive or demeaning towards anyone involved and you may remain anonymous if you wish.

We would like to hear your entire story from beginning to end. This should include how you met your partner, the feelings you both shared while together, any infidelity warning signs, how the infidelity was discovered, and the conclusion of your story or the resolution of your relationship.

If you want to share your story, please contact us at:

Wow. I can’t get my wife to go through the story with me let alone write it down and talk about it.

D-Day for me was Sep. 2, 2010, I wish I would have found this website then. and I think this would have been a good idea. It’s been a really tough road and the craziest roller coaster I have ever been on. I’ve gotten so much from this site in the short time since I was introduced to it. Thank you Doug and Linda.

I’m in for a gathering – not sure if it should be without or without spouses, I bet my husband could learn a bit from other betrayers about how to help us along and I know I could learn a lot about how to move along.
